Detached luxury lodge with a garden nearby the sea

These detached, single-storey lodges are located in the sustainable and car-free Water Village holiday park. The lodges are built with sustainable materials and are heated with a heat pump instead of natural gas. Electricity is generated partially by solar panels. Maintenance also happens in a sustainable way. Most of the luxurious lodges are located by the water. The interior is modern and complete. There's a smart TV in the living room (with underfloor heating) and the open-plan kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. There are two bedrooms with two single beds each boxspring beds, that may or may not be set up for two people. There is a bathroom (with underfloor heating) with walk-in shower and there is a separate toilet. You will have a garden with terrace and garden furniture at your disposal. You can park at the central parking lot.
