"This is a nice bed & breakfast. My room was on the ground floor, near to the entrance hall which meant I could hear other guests coming and going. The door wasn’t exactly soundproof, the curtains didn’t quite close but overall it’s a good place to stay. Breakfast was adequate and the hosts were pleasant enough."

"Very convenient location for museum lovers. The neighbourhood was well maintained and I felt safe walking alone day and night. The room I stayed in was small (with an en suite bathroom) and furnished nicely. There was a mini fridge, a coffee maker and a small kettle. There is no front desk, someone sends you a code for the door. The price was reasonable for the room. I would consider staying here again. "

"Excellent stay overall. We stayed in the top floor (duplex). Everything we could need in a room, absolutely gorgeous, clean and minimal. Keep in mind this is not a traditional hotel. I did message the hotel beforehand through multiple platforms and never received a single response. Communication is not great if you need something outside of the welcome email. "We really enjoyed our vacation at this historic farm in Ranst. We had stayed here before, during the summer, and the place is equally enjoyable during the winter. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and plenty of space. We enjoyed reading in the living room with beautiful views of the farmland and orchards behind the property. Easy access to the highway and close to Antwerp and Lier. Highly recommended "
