"Great getaway resort away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect for a couple nights stay as may run out of activities within the vicinity if staying longer. Staff were amazing and kind! "전반적으로는 매우 만족했습니다 다만 두 가지 정도 불만을 표하고 싶습니다 하나는 방에서 방음이 되지 않아서 복도에서 캐리어를 끄는 소리, 밖에서 떠드는 소리가 들려서 잠을 편하게 자지 못했다는 것 그리고 다른 하나는 셔틀버스가 한 대뿐이고 기사도 한 명씩밖에 배정이 안 되는 건지 골프를 치고 땀 흘리고 더운 상황에서 셔틀을 불렀으나 기사가 식사중이라고 30분 가량을 기다려야만 했습니다 작은 셔틀이라도 좀 더 구비해 놓는 게 좋을 듯합니다"

"The Borneo Eagle is an exclusive five star hotel - newly launched. The staff are excellent, facilities good - the only issue we had was the plethora of sand flies which caused a lot of issues sitting outside. We talked to the Manager about this and understand a machine is being shipped to deal with this issue - also the beach on the offside of the hotel was covered with plastic bottles and rubbish, which should be cleared on a daily basis to support the high quality nature of the hotel."

"Great place with nice rooms and beautiful view (both to Mt Kinabalu and Kota Kinabalu). Standard Malaysian breakfast and decent lunch and dinner menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (104) was very good although there are a few ants around (so make sure not to leave food around). Bed, shower and toilet were nice and clean. Internet worked quite well (not guaranteed in this area). Our best place in Sabah so far (out of 6 good hotels)."
