"The whole process, from communication before check-in to storing my luggage there after check-out, was very smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, signage was foreigner-friendly, and there was a great range of amenities and supplies provided. The bed and bathroom were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. My only wish is for a lobby or public seating area for leisure aside from the hotel room, and perhaps a map and suggestions of things to do in Sendai."

"We always love staying here with lots of dining and shopping options across the street at Tapio, plus the hotel has a breakfast buffet thats really nice and lots of food made fresh to order which is really nice! The quality is top notch! Its easy to get to and quieter, cleaner and more fun than staying downtown. If we go to Sendai, we stay here. Also the price for the rooms cant be beat for groups/families of 4 or more. The staff makes staying here so easy and comfortable! Also we love their bonfire and fireside activities and their evening bar - so many yummy goodies to enjoy!"
