"We just had the pleasure of staying at the Koser House over Thanksgiving. We couldn’t have had a better experience! Upon arrival Bryan called to let us know how to access the door code and to let us know he turned the lights and tv on for us. Once we got there he had a hand written note and candy waiting for us. "great location and walking distance to a lot of places. BUT we felt like we were staying in someone's house who packed up and left for the weekend. It was not very sanitary, there were multiple dog beds throughout the house, even though the listing said no pets, which made it hard for my partner who is extremely allergic to dogs. We didn't use the upstairs bathroom because the shower was so moldy. There were personal items left in the bathroom drawers and the fidge had open food and there was...

"Access was easy and the place was clean. Luckily we had someone with us that had a streaming service otherwise no TV service. Only 1 lamp in whole place. Would have been nice to have one in each bedroom at least. Pets are welcomed but when you go to pay they charge you a non refundable fee. "I found out two days before our stay that the home was double booked on the last day of our visit. I texted with the owner several times and she decided that she was going to honor the other persons booking. I had to find another home for our last night, which was costly as a last minute booking. When we arrived on our first day, the owner was present and said the cleaner did not show up, so we had to wait until 5:30 to check in.
