"The space was great as we needed room to gather after my mom's memorial service. The bedrooms met our needs - we only slept in them. We appreciated having the double oven to heat/bake food for a gathering. The 2-car garage was great making packing the car nicer in the very cold weather.Grocery stores were nearby. "My husband and I recently moved to Cedar Rapids and made this cottage our home for 45 days! It was perfect for our little family and had everything we needed. The owners were very responsive and incredibly helpful with whatever we needed. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near Mount Mercy University and about 10 minutes from downtown!"

"Visited our daughter in Iowa City and the house provided a great place for the whole family to spend time together. Including our dog. It is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to downtown and Coralville. We were able to park two cars in the garage which came in handy when the temperature dropped below zero."

"This home is perfect for get together! The bunk beds were awesome for the kids and the basement is a great place for a card game or shooting pool. "

"The Cozy Cottage is darling and very comfortable! The white and black farmhouse style has lots of great natural light and is a joy to wake up to. The cottage is dog friendly, which is an huge plus. Outside there is a fire pit and the cutest little chickens. We would stay again!"

"Couldn’t ask for a better location on game day. Our group had a blast. The only complaint we would have would be game day parking, but we made it work. "

"Stayed one night for girls state wrestling tournament! House was as described and very clean and cozy. Bakery treats were delicious, thanks! Only suggestion i would make is blinds or room darkening curtains for bedrooms. Would definitely stay again!"

"We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was immaculate with comfortable beds. We were in Cedar Rapids for a wedding and found it easy to get to the center of the city. We were glad to find a rental with two bathrooms; it’s surprising how many CR rentals have only one bathroom for four people."

"The home is a classic midcentury ranch style with room for 2 couples. The new master bathroom is beautiful and if the weather is warm, the deck and backyard view would be great.
