"My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. "The staff won our hearts before we walked up to the front desk. The bellman (Theodore?) greeted us warmly and won us with his smile and helped us with our bags. He did the same when we left even though I told him I didn’t have any euros to tip him. Diana welcomed and oriented us and helped us throughout our stay.
