"This hotel is new and very clean. But some staff can't speak English. And laundry is so expensive. there is no laundry machine. when I ordered the ice box, the respons was so slow. the room service made very early morning call by mistake in spite of I did not order. so I felt very uncomfortable during my stay. "All the staff at the hotel were excellent and I cannot fault the service and attention to detail. One of the Customer Service went above and beyond (IRA) who assited with taxis and translating my requirements and also assisting in extending my stay ensuring I got the best deal. The room I had was a garden room and although spacious it was poorly equipped and in need of modernisation as decor very tired also a nice touch would be to provide bottled water on a daily basis.
