"Great apartment for a stay on the north shore. We particularly appreciated the washer/dryer and beach towels. We couldn’t get the tv to work (but that may well have been our problem!) and we struggled a bit to keep the upstairs cool, but would recommend!"

"We had an absolute blast at this condo in Princeville. The communication and check-in process was flawless, the room was larger than expected, and it also included so many beach toys (chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, etc.) The location is so close to everything on the North Shore - and I can’t forget to mention the parking space for the condo is literally right outside the side door. I’d give this VRBO (10) stars if I could. Would highly recommend. "

"David and Lynda’s space is a dream! After a stressful rental car checkout experience, arriving here to fresh flowers throughout the apartment, chocolate treats, and a welcome card were just what we needed to feel welcome on Kauai! The space—including the bed and couch—are beyond comfortable, the kitchen is spacious and thoroughly stocked, and the view and sounds from the lanai are heavenly. "We had a wonderful stay at our first time in Kauai for my 40th birthday trip. The resort grounds were beautiful. There were 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, and a slide (adults can slide also lol) A tiki bar with food, drinks and dessert. The Resort had a restaurant, a starbucks and a gift shop. The parking lot was a bit of a walk from the actual resort but they did offer Valet parking. The room was clean (with a/c). It had everything we needed. forks, plates, cups etc. A coffee maker and they had coffee...

"We loved the property and our room. The AC was cold; the bed was comfortable. The property is close to shopping and restaurants. There is a small Frig in the room. We grabbed ice from an ice maker on the property and made drinks in our room to enjoy on the balcony or by the pool. The wifi worked great and it was easy to use the code to access the room. The condo has silverware, plates, bowls, cups and bbq tongs for the gas bbqs that we used a couple times. We’ll be back."

The resort is amazing with all the amenities mentioned in the listing. The ocean is rather rough right in front of the resort, but there is a little wave break area where little ones could toddle in the water.
