"This property is very unkempt and in very poor condition. You should not have it on your site. We stayed one night instead of the two we had booked. The staff were great and the room though old was clean. The bathroom was disgusting. The grounds were a mess. It is a shame as could be a good hotel"

"nice place, with a swimming pool, perfect if you wait to extend your visa. there is a fridge. for me the problem was that you can't open the window, I had to let the door open at night. there is no mosquito net and there are mosquitoes. the beach is not praticable, I used the swimming pool. not much around but there is an Ikan bakar nearby with good fresh fish."

"It was a huge 1 bedroom apartment, which was good as it helped block out some of the traffic noise. Staff were really nice and helpful, the night watch man booked a dolphin watching trip for me at the same price as it would have been in town, and I was picked up by the boat right in front of the hotel. "Great location for easy walk into Lovina but peaceful lovely location with a beautiful pool. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very good value for money and the breakfasts were good. Nice and quiet with pleasant gardens."
