"The hotel was a complete disappointment. It is completely in ruins. The price doesn't make any sense. The staff was very nice though, but couldn't do much. The beach nearby, however, is spectacular. Try other accommodations in the area."

"Malgré notre confirmation de réservation, une fois sur place nous n'avons pas été reçu. Cela avec plusieurs excuses différentes. La première excuse donnée à notre chauffeur, c'est qu'ils avaient reçu 11 personnes en dernière minutes donc plus de place de dispo. la suivante pour nous, c'est qu'il ne travaillait plus avec notre agences Expedia et la 3eme lorsqu'un agent de Hôtels a appelé, ils ont dit qu'ils étaient fermé à cause de la météo.... Nous ne recommdons pas ces menteurs!"

Location was mixed as very close to the blowhole attraction, one small Beach with coral and over longer bay with quiet waves; however it's a long way from a supermarket, bus stop or restaurant and up some rocky steps uphill which was difficult for my partner who was using crutches. "We booked via Expedia to stay for 3 nights in January 2022, however the property had been double booked and we were left stranded in the middle of nowhere, with two children, in the rain and with darkness falling. Not good at all. Seriously displeased. How the double-booking happened, I do not know. I had all supporting confirmation paperwork printed out and by email. "The location of the hotel is amazing and the views from the rooms were spectacular! The resort needs a major investment in upkeep - from the towels and bedsheets, to a refurbishment of the bathrooms and pool. The staff was very friendly although a lot did not speak English and so there was some miscommunication. Overall the resort is situated extremely well, but needs some refurbishment."
