"Had a great stay over Christmas eve and Christmas day at the resort. Property was impeccable with amazing views. Very well appointed rooms. Breakfast buffet spread was extensive, with fresh cut fruits sliced up on demand and hot items cooked upon order. "I really liked how peaceful this place was with a great view. The English breakfast was not great, but the Sri Lankan breakfast was very good. And the Jacuzzi is nice to have, but it’s not hot. The room was great that I had with a view of Ella rock. "Ella's Nature Nest is a beautiful spot to spend a few days in a peaceful setting. Close to town, but quiet, the owners are welcoming and hospitable and breakfast is included (not mentioned when booking). Wonderful location to wake up to with stunning views and birdsong. "Very ineresting property that is quiet and serene. Staff is extremely friendly, kind and helpful but definitely need more training to be employed at a "five star" facility. Also, the facility has NO airconditioning and was extremly hot, humid and uncomfortable."

"The staff were extremely slow and never listened. Multiple occasions where I ordered something from room service or in the bar, and then had to chase staff 40 minutes later. It was easier to go to reception and get it myself. I tried organising a taxi for when I checked out the next day - reception staff were incapable. Very disappointing. "

"We had an amazing stay here! The hotel is very close to the Little Adam’s Peak and Nine Arches walk. The staff were truly wonderful and went out of their to way to make my friend’s birthday very special, decorating our room and made her a fantastic cake with very little notice! Having breakfast on their terrace with the wonderful views was one of the highlights! Highly recommend staying here!"

"The opportunity to stay in a villa surrounded by tea fields was too hard to miss out on. We arrived from Badula on the train and were welcomed by the staff at the house. It was clean and comfortable and a 15 minute walk into town. The next morning we were given a great breakfast and then walked into the tea field adjoining the property.
