"My only issue was with the laundry service when I was promised the return of the clothes that evening when the clothes were dropped off at 6;15am. Clothes were not returned that evening and not until the following morning which caused me to miss a meeting, Still was forced to pay for clothes "

"It’s clear the entire staff has been well trained to be attentive of every need the client may have (even before the guest knows!) There are cozy little spaces to sit and enjoy the fresh air, or settle with a good book and cup of tea. Spectacular sundown views always. "

"Good clean property. Big rooms. But the area is poor. No shops or restaurant around. Unsafe to walk around. the arena mall is too far about 20 minutes away by walk. It looks close but it is not. "
