"Absolutely excellent experience here. We arrived 2 hours late, at 0330, and they were welcoming, and even upgraded us to a suite for the limited time we were there (we checked out that morning!). Breakfast was lovely, staff were excellent, and location is very handy for the station, and autos are easy to come by to get down to the Ganges. Highly rate this hotel! Extremely comfortable beds and extremely clean. Love it. Thank you Arcadia staff."

"We stayed 7 nights and we were very comfortable. Room service was excellent and food was very good. The cleaning service people were very nice and efficient. Very friendly front desk people. Check in and check out were fast. The only thing we recommend if there is a plug next to the bed to recharge our computer."

"The best part of this hotel is undoubtedly the staff. It is situated in a prime location along the Ganges, offering excellent views of the river from the sit-out dining area. The hotel staff were incredibly considerate and moved us to a river-view room on the second day. We also had a qualified guide who was very patient and helpful in taking us around the city. However, accessing the hotel can be a bit challenging as there is no direct approach. But that’s also part of the charm of Varanasi—you get to immerse yourself in its unique atmosphere every day."

"If you want to be in the heart of Varanasi near the famous temples and the Ganges river, all within walking distance, this is the hotel for you. If you do not like hotels in a crowded noisy area, then you will not like the hotel. We loved it and the location was fantastic. The staff and service was very good. We would definitely return."
