"Front desk staff was very nice and we were able to check in earlier than expected which was a relief after a long flight. The room was so pretty, with a view out over the river. The vaulted cellar was also a great space with a nice variety for breakfast. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel the day of checkout while we explored more of Heidelberg. Would stay here again!"

At night cross the bridge to the right to get stunning pictures of the bridge, city, and castle lite up. "

"Good comfortable place to stay in terms of location. Lavish breakfast spread. Comfortable parking. A bit tricky.. enter left just before the hotel entrance( kind of hidden) you may have to use the elevator to go to -2 but make sure you check in first as you need the access card to enter the parking. We choose castle view room . But was ok . "
