"Clean. Convenient economical. Most places have a sheet about their facilities. This was advertised as bed and breakfast. There was a kitchen but there was a prominent notice "Kitchen facilities to be used by staff only". (Quoted from memory. Probably referring to equipment. I just wanted cereal and milk, but with that "rule" I left with no breakfast and bought on the road. If bed and breakfast the breakfast shold be findable. "

"We were pleased with the accommodations at Cook Gardens in Whanganui. Great facilities in the units with kitchenette and dining table & chairs, couch in lounge area with Netflix & Sky on the TV. A separate bedroom and large bathroom with small spa bath and separate shower. Area to sit outside the room and free parking. We didn’t have a car but found it easy to walk around the town. "Loved the stunning bouquet of fresh flowers on the kitchen table on arrival. Moved them into the lounge and enjoyed them for our 4 days/3 nights. Loved the privacy the property provides, being able to watch the sunset from the double bed, to see the sea as I cleaned my teeth. Nice to have the morning sun in the kitchen. Appreciated arriving to ice cubes in the freezer ready to make Mojito's. Like the deck to chillax on in the morning and watch the waves.Like the later 11am check out too. Enjoyed...
