"Ali'i Kai is just a short walk to my favorite cafe on Maui: That's a Wrap...and then from there just a short walk to one of the most beautiful, walkable beaches in Kihei. I used to live in an Ali'i Kai condo, so this was like coming home. Incredible, all-around!"

"Perfect condo for a week in Maui. Excellent location, quick walk to the pool/beach but up a bit so it was super quiet. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and grocery stores. Easy check-in/check-out process also! Will definitely stay here again! "

"Check-in at 4 PM was a bit later than we would have liked, but overall, this studio had everything we needed for a quick stay on the island. The air conditioner was a nice bonus, and while the space is small, it worked perfectly for us since we spent most of our time out exploring. If you plan to hang out in the room a lot, it might feel a little cramped.The location is fantastic; right across the street from a gorgeous beach and within walking distance of a grocery store and great restaurants....

"True oceanfront with lanai. Wonderful pool / hot tub area and private entrance to beach. Room was clean and had everything we needed, plenty of dishes, utensils, cooking tools. Hope to come back!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. Very clean. Supplied nicely. All the size we really needed (studio). The neighbors in the attached room were loud at times. The kitchen sink also being the bathroom sink felt different. Clearly is a kitchenette, not a full kitchen. AC struggled to keep up. Very nice pool and wonderfully close to the beach. Safe area!"

"I am reluctant to give such a good review as too many other people will want to rent the property. Kidding aside, we have been coming to Kihei for over 30 years and we agreed it was our best trip. The location is central to everything without having to get in the car, the place itself was clean, well appointed, and perfect for us. Any questions we had of the owner was immediately answered. We will rent here again without reservation. "

"My girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked into her adorable studio. My girlfriend was a bit concerned that it would be too small, but it was prefect. The studio had very nice decor, a nice clean bathroom, a small fridge, and microwave. That was all we needed. It was located at the very end of the complex which kept things quiet. We got it for a great price. We would recommend this place to anybody. Enjoy!"

"This property is below the standards of the Elua that we have enjoyed for decades. It should have been upgraded prior to rental.Pre arrival communication with KBM was adequate but could have been more helpful. Some of the infant equipment supplied was appreciated.Final payment was processed weeks prematurely with no forewarning. This was reversed but bank charges and exchange rates cost us 241.11. KBM advised the error was by VRBO and that we should advise them of the problem. That has now been...

"Our stay was lovely for a family of 4. The location is fantastic and the sunset views were amazing. Beds were comfortable, AC worked great, but the breeze from patio to the front door was the best! The condo was clean when we arrived; however, we didn’t have access to a broom or cleaning spray-to keep it as clean as I prefer. The beach kit provided was an unexpected surprise and added to the experience. Despite what the ad says about this property, there is a working elevator! No need to haul...
