"I have stayed at Jay Suites on two occasions and will definitely stay again if I return to Kathmandu. The owner and all staff were excellent, everything worked, and it was decent value for the money. You might find a room for a bit cheaper but will there be hot water, working AC, eorking remote control, elevator, in-room fridge, free water, good breakfast, etc? You get that and more at Jay Suites."

The price is reasonable, the rooms are small but very clean and like the ambience. They gave me an upgrade with a great view of Kathmandu. I loved the food at the Japanese restaurant and the breakfast had a lot of variety. Their customer service is the best. Big should out Sunita G and Rahul for their excellent customer service.
