"We enjoyed 4 nights here. The staff were absolutely lovely. Always greeted with a smile and always willing to help with any request. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast varried and good quality. The pool area was very relaxing and free towels and changing facilities provided. On the final morning we were unfortunately unable to have breakfast as our flight time was changed. This was no problem for the staff who provided a lovely breakfast for us all to take with us at 5.30am. A porter was also waiting to take our bags from the bedroom without even requesting this. An excellent experience, thank you lovely Hotel Shanker staff."
