"Friday December 6th 2019, 17:00KST. Lady in black suit at the check in counter called Misun was toxic. She charges around $50 USD for some random extra charge per person. Alright. Annoying but I will pay. HOWEVER, she completely ignored what we were trying to say or ask. Her attitude was bottom leveled, definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. "We stayed there only for one night. Floor heater was on and the place was neatly put together. The only thing is that the beds were a bit too hard to our likings. Other than that, everything was great. Especially the location!"
