"I loved everything. Staff were excellent. Especially restaurant staff. Absolute credit to the hotel. Food was great. TV was big which I Loved. Criticisms is that the terraced rooms on 6th floor have no privacy. I could see and hear all my neighbours conversation when out on the terrace which spoilt it really for me. Bed was not that comfortable. Found reception check-in a bit slow with queues forming right were the steps are to get to the lift. Not ideal. Would love more english channels. I...

"It is a beautiful 16th century building. Everything was great. Breakfast facilities a little crowded, but understandable given limitations of room size. The only property that notified me about the parking and advised parking garage and paid for the taxi to hotel. That is good customer service."
