"Great place to immerse in the local culture with the more traditional market by day and then the shopping and night life district just walking distance. Subway station is just minutes away and can take you just about anywhere in Korea."

"The place, in Busan, is amazingly clean compared to other hostels in been to in Seoul, Tokyo, Osaka. The bathroom facility fixtures are a bit old but not screaming need to be replaced. Minor issues: no hooks or shelf to hang/place anything. Rubber bath perforated sandals sucks water from the floor into your foot bottom, defeating the purpose of isolating your feet from the bath floor. It's a common problem in many other hostels as well. So bring your own sandals. "

"So clean and great service. I had a water leak in my room which was no fault of the hotel and they quickly moved me to a different room and offered their apologies. The bathrooms and showers were spotless and great amenities to use in the bathroom and in the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great hostel. Although, there were not blackout curtain or a microwave, as suggested. Either way, it was a very good hostel and I would definitely stay there again. "

"The owners were very kind and helpful. The room was really great, warm, comfortable and cozy. We got everything we needed. The hotel is not far from the Busan station, very convenient. There are convenient stores not too far from the hotel."

"The staff are wonderful, the location is brilliant and the rooms are comfortable. The value is incredible for what you get! There is a basic breakfast available and the lovely owners are always willing to have tea coffee with you."

"Property was very clean and nice, heating and cooling worked wonderfully and the view was impeccable. Only difficulty was my lack of Korean phone number for communication on where to park and which room we were staying so I had to do so through kakao for which my boyfriend had to do the talking as I’m not fluent in Korean. Everything else was wonderful"

"View is fantastic. Place is clean and well equipped. Will definitely come back again if I’m in Busan. Only downside is that it’s on the other side of Busan Station where most of the things happen. It may also be a little difficult for new visitors to locate the key. Tip: if you’re coming from Busan Station, take the sky bridge that’s connected to the building, take the elevator to the FIRST floor. Then, head to the actual entrance, next to Hyundai showroom. "A centrally located hotel in the city of Busan - steps away from the Underground - with a very gracious, efficient staff always ready to provide an excellent experience for their guests. Room was spacious; comfortable beds, roomy storage, desk and seating area. Our room was well appointed with all necessary amenities. Did have a very minor issue with room safe and how to set the code (my lack of Korean!) but once operational instructions were found, it was soon very easy to set and use. Fresh robes, slippers, and fresh towels are available daily, but hotel is very concious of using ‘Green’ methods regarding housekeeping so that’s an added bonus. Loved the mind blowing choices for both the Breakfast Buffet and Lunch Buffet (served daily) with the entire exceptionally gracious ‘La Seine’ staff providing us with a great start to each day. An extra bonus while staying at the LOTTE BUSAN HOTEL was the underground Food Hall - with dozens of cafés, restaurants, dessert options, and shops. Luxury brands offered inside the LOTTE Department Store a couple floors above the Food Hall. We did not use the outdoor heated pool but saw many other guests enjoying it. Our 4 day stay in the LOTTE HOTEL BUSAN after having stayed at the LOTTE HOTEL SEOUL CITY for a full week - was the perfect place to finish off our 12 days in Korea!"
