"Great hotel, shuttle service to airport needs work. If schedule to leave at a specific time they need to let guest know to be downstairs in lobby at least 5 minutes before departure. They waited 15 minutes passed schedule time, delaying other guess, causing undue stress and worry, simply for a lazy guests who didnt feel like waking up on time.
