"The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere the property is beautiful but, recommend staying in warm weather as it is beautiful to walk around. There is a big restaurant on site which brings about a lot of people during the day but, very solitary when the restaurant is closed. Also, go and then noises of passing trucks all through the night are clearly heard all night long. There was no hot water and the weather was cold. "This was a very interesting property. Covered with artwork and sculptures. It must be a great amount of work to keep this place dusted and clean. Our room was dated and worn. Really could have been cleaner. There was a kitchen but had no dish soap or tea towels or dish cloths. But for the price I think it was alright. We had a suite. I had booked a king bed but was given two doubles. We had our chihuahua with us and the area was safe to walk him. Lots of good restaurants to choose from. "

"For the most part it was great, have to remember that it is MEXICO. A bit noisy. Had to turn on the water heater and pull out and plug in the refrigerator but it served its purpose. Clean, spacious, and traditional. I’ve stayed here in the past and would definitely stay here again. "
