"We decided to take a little vacation while visiting family in Puerto Rico. Casa Rustica was a perfect choice for us and our two teenagers. The owners communication was diligent and their instructions on how to get there, how to access the house features and checkout instructions were spot on. Location was great as we were 10 mins walking distance from the beach plus we enjoyed the property's pool. Gate security for the complex added a safety feature plus Palmas del Mar had several restaurants...

"The unit is very clean and is actually more spacious than pictured. The property grounds are very well maintained and the area is very safe! We enjoyed walking and jogging the many paths in the community. The pool area is wonderful and the beach is just a few steps further. We found several restaurants at the nearby Plaza and enjoyed having some close easy dinner options. The unit is well stocked and we cooked breakfast and prepared lunch easily with all the provided utensils. "

We travelled to other areas, so not a big deal for us. 2 AC unit dripped (we kept all units above 72). Top floor bathroom not finished, needs a step and handrail installed. Overall, enjoyed our stay, just needs some things fixed or finished"

The whole place is powered by solar energy, which is amazingly sufficient. Adam was an amazing host and accommodated all our requests and questions immediately.
