We loved our stay here so much! Absolutely beautiful area, perfect for our stay on the island. Tanya was so helpful and friendly during our stay and we definitely will come back to stay here again!

The VRBO owners Tanya and Terry were very friendly and easy to deal with. The accommodations were beautiful and relaxing from the incredible welcoming gift basket to the large well maintained grounds to stroll around. Spectacular VRBO
A stunningly beautiful property. Well appointed for travel to many hiking trails, stunning forests and shops in Sooke. Close enough for a trip into Victoria. My daughter and I completely fell in love with the area and the local community.

What a beautiful place to stay! The entire place, inside and outside, was the best accommodation of this kind that any in our party have stayed in. Heated bathroom floors! Gorgeous view. Bunnies, baby deer, geese, birds galore just outside the windows. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Hosts were very hospitable and helpful! Property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The gift basket was very generous and wonderful soaps provided. The kitchen was compact but well stocked. Comfortable beds and lovely linens. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this property!

Very accessible property perfect for someone requiring mobility aids. Terry and Tanya were very responsive. One note is that the kitchen in the one area that be tight for someone in a powerchair or difficult to turn around in a wheelchair or walker. Cannot recommend this stay enough!

Beautiful property and accommodations! Very private and quiet! Large patio and covered deck is awesome. Views are incredible and close to lots of activities. Tanya and Terry are great hosts! We even had a golf cart to drive around the property! Everything was great and we would definitely return and recommend.

Sweet Serenity
The property was amazing. Our 2 bedroom suite was outstanding. Loved the bonus of a porch. We spent many hours there, enjoying the views and the animals that visited daily. The owners Tanya and Terry treat you like family. Will return someday.

Classic Elegance
We loved the property. The elegance made us feel like royalty. Wish we could have stayed longer. Supper was awesome with the bbq and dessert was even better while we sat beside the fire This suite is 100% wheelchair friendly. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that couldn’t match the wheelchair features available here. Definitely on our list to return some day.

Wonderful Stay
We had a lovely stay at Tanya and Terry's suite. It was exactly as pictured. The suite is completely private, even when sitting out on the covered deck. It has a lovely view of the ocean and the backyard is beautiful and HUGE. The welcome basket was such a thoughtful touch, and meant that we were able to make ourselves a scrummy breakfast with locally sourced bread, granola, eggs, etc. We will definitely return!

Spent 3 wonderful days at this property and were sorry we hadn’t booked more nights. Very peaceful property with decent views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca. The grounds are indeed park like. Enjoyed seeing the rabbits and the occasional deer wander by. Hosts are wry accommodating and provided us with a great restaurant recommendation. Plan to return some day.

Beautiful stay in Sooke
Our family of four, my husband and I, our daughter, and SIL thoroughly enjoyed this special property. Tanya and Terry are delightful and provided us with extra touches like fresh bread, jam and eggs, coffee, granola, chocolate etc. — All devoured and appreciated. The suite was spotless and very nicely appointed. Plentiful and comfortable seating inside and out was enjoyed by all as we enjoyed the view and listened to the sea lions and gulls. Thank you!
