"Worst experience ever. Place was completely dirty and disgusting. Spiders and bugs everywhere inside. Spiderwebs, dust and uncleaned conditions. Totally not Corona-proof. Booked two nights but left immediately after the first night. They refused a refund while they did not keep their property clean and safe. Stay away!!!"

"The property fell short of its 4 star rating and our expectations. The lighting in the kitchen/main room did not work. The hot water in the shower was exhausted rather quickly. Most unpleasant was the presence of mosquitos and the lack of air-conditioning as the temperature reached 38C on the day when we arrived. "

"The hotel were great at communication until they went home, arriving after reception hours we couldnt get hold of the out of hours caretaker, called hotels.com to help and eventually had to ask the restaurant to help find him. Once we found him he was great and was a big help. Room was spacious and they had made up the sofa bed for us in advance. E were disappointed with the fact that the code wasn’t sent to us when it was changed. We tried calling the numbers provided to ask what the code were but was told we had to wait until 2pm. "Location is excellent. Indoor and outdoor pool. sauna and small gym. As we have stayed before and travel with all our kit some of the extras are not a problem but they do charge for many essentials. for example towels are extras as are sheets and if you need it TV as is wi fi. Many of these are normal in a budget F1 motel. You also have to clean and tidy your own room at the end of the stay to get the deposit back..But we know this and would still stay again."
