"The service at this hotel was impeccable. By far the best service I’ve ever had. Everyone was so friendly and always went above and beyond! Every time I returned from an outing they would greet me and offer me a drink . On the morning I was leaving they not only arranged my transportation but made me a sandwich and fruit to take with me. "I would give it a 5 stars BUT. it’s the hotel without reception only with self checking kiosk. So if you have an issue with check in application, in our case it was frozen on one page, you are actually stuck without help. And as a tourist that just arrived to Czechia I did not have local provider to make a call. So literally you are alone with the comp that at that moment didn’t work. It should be solution for such cases. "
