"When I booked this room, I thought it was a good deal because it was Teresina - the description and other ratings led me to believe it would be nice. Turns out it was a "good deal" only because it was a barely livable, rundown hotel. "Overpriced, but decent facilities. The room was generally pretty clean, but I was a bit shocked at some dark material smeared on the bathroom wall near the door...not sure what it was, but I was able to clean it up, myself, fairly easily."

"The cost for the stay is good for a short stay and is close enough to shopping which is about 10 minutes away by car. The rooms need better maintenance. The AC leaked by the headboard which was directly above the electrical outlet, and the shower head was moldy. "The people are gracious and the rooms are comfortable. Limited beverages (only water) onsite but the store was just one block away. "

"O Hotel é muito bom... As recepcionista sai excelente, serviço de hotelaria e comida são muito bons. Porém não tem elevador e eu fiquei no 2 andar.. a estrutura si é boa, só o piso de borracha em alguns locais que estava um pouco soltando do chão. Mas no geral é ótimo!! "

"The cost for the stay is good for a short stay and is close enough to shopping which is about 10 minutes away by car. The rooms need better maintenance. The AC leaked by the headboard which was directly above the electrical outlet, and the shower head was moldy. At check-in, the receptionist told us that we must leave the room keys at the desk whenever we leave the hotel. When asked why she said, "In case the key is lost their system is not updated and if the key is lost it would be costly to replace". We mentioned security, she said, "They wouldn't enter the room unless we requested room service". It didn't sound very safe to me, or a good enough reason to leave the key each time. It would be good if better checks or the rooms were done and they could fix their key lock system to be more secure and to have peace of mind for their guests."
