Por ser um hotel antigo, precisa de algumas restaurações, como polimento do piso q, apesar de bem limpo, está encardido, trocar o ar condicionado que é bem antigo e faz barulho que atrapalho o som da televisão e também fazer manutenção no box do banheiro q apresenta partes metálicas enferrujada. Já em relação ao atendimento os funcionários são simpáticos, atenciosos e prestativos
