After arriving from the airport late, and paying for a room in advance, we were informed that there were no rooms available. Despite paying for the room, they’d given it away wi the out any notice or explanation. They were only able to accommodate us because another guest checked out about 12:30am while we were waiting for them to resolve. Unacceptable.

Estacionamento caríssimo entre 30 e 50 reais, descoberto - sol e chuva. Quarto com cheiro de mofo. Equipe de atendimento grosseira e mal educada , sobretudo a gerente. Apesar do alto valor do estacionamento, a recepção demora a abrir os portoes , sujeitando os hospedes a sol e chuva, além de assaltos.
