"The property had not been cleaned before my arrival. The fridge, the bathroom, the floors, everything was filthy. They hadn’t even swept the floors! There was a dead roach in the living room and a lot of stuff and dust under the beds. The matress in the main bedroom was gross. The light fixture in the kitchen was missing a lightbulb and it was very dark in there. The light fixtures in the hall and the second bedroom stopped working. The water heater was leaking water, flooding the laundry room....

"We started off on a month long journey through South America, starting in Buenos Aires. The location of this place is definitely the draw, it is very central to lots of restaurants, shops, bars and parks. The unfortunate thing is there is a restaurant below and they play music quite loud until about 2am. I am not sure if that kept me up more or the terribly uncomfortable beds, I tried 2 different bedrooms and even the couch. They were super thin mattresses. The cleanliness was also a...
