"The best hotel staff, family run- great breakfast in the morning and beautiful property. The beach is only a few minutes away by car and they have transportation as well if you like. "3rd floor. No elevator. A/c was old . Cover was hanging off. Shower was small. Had a plastic mat , that was dirty. Had a hard tv with the tv. Receptionist said she was going to fix a/c & tv never did. Also asked to change room to lower floor. Her response was no, because we booked an economy room with Expedia. And we couldn’t lock door. We checked out a day earlier. 6 flights of stairs."

"The property itself is gorgeous. The only downsides are 1. food on resort is a bit of a miss (not enough simple, local dishes in favor of fancy over-the-top dishes ) although breakfast was lovely and 2 you have to have a car to get to Tropea as the resort is isolated and there is not much to do in terms of activities or entertainment. If the weather is nice, you are in for a treat because their beach staff is impeccable and their grounds are breathtaking."

"Personalul nu stie engleza. Nu-ti dau nici o informatie despre hotel, servicii etc. Pentru ca aveam masa la capatul restaurantului, asteptam 1,5ore (!!!) pana la servirea meniului principal (cu 2 copii mici!! ). Cand, dupa 75 minute de asteptare, am cerut sa ni se aduca si noua mancarea (tot restaurantul mancase deja !), ne-au fost aduce doar 2 portii si aruncate (la propriu) pe masa...apoi, am renuntat sa mai asteptam...Parerea mea e ca, daca nu ai mai fost pana acum la mai putin de 4 stele si...

"Honestly, the quality of the facilities just weren’t very nice and the logistics to get in and out of the room more challenging to say the least. The breakfast was good but the room had the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept off. The linens all need to be upgraded, the shower is the smallest shower ever. "
