"Rooms floor was so dirty had to keep our shoes on the whole time, the hot tub was super crowded we barely got to sit and there was a bunch of drunkies in it, we couldn’t park underground when I told the staff he said “first come first serve” so we had to park 10 mins down the road and walk all the way there because we couldn’t find parking took us 30 minutes to find parking, also the beds weren’t in the best condition woke up and our backs were hurting "

"The room was clean, the staff was AMAZING, parking was additional charge but it SHOULD NOT be ALL season. One other thing was the microwave, I feel like that should be in the room especially because we had kids with us and to warm food. "

"Awesome option for when in Banff. Not on the Main Street which is great when you want some quiet and actual nature. Their restaurant was also amazing. "

"Spotlessly clean, loved the hot pools and the complimentary tea, coffee and cocoa on demand. The service and staff were wonderful; they even found a pencil and sharpener for my daughter so she could do her homework. My youngest was a little disappointed there was no true swimming pool, but the rest of us didn't mind. The view from the hot pools is spectacular. They also provide free bus passes, which we appreciated so we could avoid trying to find parking downtown. We will stay here again on our next trip to Banff."

"Only stayed for one night and it was ok. Breakfast didn’t open till 8, which was a little late if you wanted to be at the hill early. No place to buy water on the grounds, only vending machines that were completely out of water. Other than that it was pretty good for the price."
