"The staff was impressive as to how friendly and hard working they are. The amount of work it takes to feed so many people such a large selction of food every day was something that my husbandv and I marveled at, and he was a miiitary chef for over 3 decades! I really liked the adults only pool with the fountain and bar - very relaxing and quiet. The only thing that was an issue for me personally with arthritis in my legs is that there is a lot of up and down walking and the hotel/club is quite spread out. But it is possible to call and get one the staff in their mortarized carts to take you where you need to go at St. James Club. All and all it was a wonderful experience!"

"Everything is short distance walks, coffee up till 11pm was great, buffet restaurant had everything you could want, events to have fun throughout the day ongoing with entertainment in the evenings, drinks were great (mojito my fave!) We checked our calendar for next year and may be back with a group! Truely enjoyed our stay to get away from our busy lives. Very peaceful - Thank you!"

"We loved our stay at Keyonna beach, solid 4.5/5 stars. The staff was wonderful and the setting was perfect and relaxing. My biggest piece of advice is to bring cash, we were not the only ones going into the harbor town to hit the ATM and the driver said it was really common. All the taxis, water taxis, etc only function on cash, even the hotel shuttles. For the bugs we didn't have much of an issue if we sprayed bug spray, no mosquitoes just sandflys got us. We didn't have a rooster issue but those on the other side of the resort did. We did have stray dogs barking a lot throughout the night and ear plugs were an easy fix. We loved the beach and thought the food was fine, dinner being the better of the meals. My birthday occurred during our stay and the hotel did not do anything for it, but we also didn't go out of our way to tell them either (not the type to get sung to). We had no issue with the boats going to the beach next to ours, it was still mostly quiet. Perfect relaxing resort, would 100% return and Tevin makes the best drinks at the farther beach bar. "

"The property was absolutely gorgeous, and the beaches and water are among the most beautiful I have seen. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. I highly recommend Coco's and plan on returning. One side note, take the steep incline throughout the resort seriously, it was no joke."
