"Lake George is truly a special place for me. I’ve been coming up to lake George for the last 10 years and being able to now share this experience with my mom means everything to me. I love staying at fort William. It is super confident and in between everything we enjoy doing. My family and I always feel safe and the staff are extremely pleasant. The views of the mountain are beautiful whether it’s full of snow or leaves. And who can forget that beautiful view of the lake? Can’t wait to be back...

"If you are looking for a place to stay to ski at Gore Mountain, this is the place. The drive to the mountain was super easy and is only 18 minutes away. The house itself is a bit dated but charming. The house has everything you need in it. towels, toilet paper, blankets, etc. The doors are solid wood with latches instead of door knobs.
