"We stayed here for the ryokan experience and to visit the snow monkeys which we perfectly achieved. The dinner was a masterpiece with so many small dishes I couldn’t count. The staff were lovely and helped get us to the snow monkeys for opening time and arranged to collect us to drop us back to the station which was so appreciated."

The meals were served in our own private room and were very elaborate and delicious. So many different dishes were included. The staff were very nice. The onsen experience was also very fun. Finally, they made it so convenient to visit the snow monkeys upon arrival. Highly recommend. "
