WelcomHeritage Bal Samand Lake Palace
3.5 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (39)
"A great jewel in Jodhpur that affords an affordable Heritage experience. The property is a former summer palace for Jodhpur Royalty. The suites are in the Lake Palace itself but we stayed in the more affordable 2 person rooms that apparently quartered soldiers in the past. These smaller bedrooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable. They are all on the ground floor and there is nature right outside - so expect a few bugs and ants. And Langurs hanging out on the outside. As a green...

Bijolai Palace - A Inde Hotel Jodhpur
3.5 star property
6.0 out of 10, (18)
"Hotel said that they didn't have any reservation for me from Orbitz. It was a shock as I was with a small kid and no room. I paid again and got 1 room for 1 night and had to move to a different hotel for the rest of my stay. The Bijolai has mosquitoes, stinky bathrooms, less than average food and spotty wifi only in the garden area. Personally, there are much better places for the price. "

Chandelao Garh
3.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (12)
"Chandelao Garh is more than just a good hotel. It's an experience. Facilities, the food and service are nearly impecable and the best I've found in India. But what really stands out is the experience and the tours offered. Even though it's situated in a small village, you should spend at least a couple nights here. So glad we've found this place to recharge batteries and see rural India."

"We checked in to the hotel on 22 December. We were provided a lovely room, which could not be locked. The hotel has a great restaurant, but the complimentary breakfast needs an upgrade with very few options. One point to mention here is that we had booked the hotel in advance and were supposed to pay the full amount during checkout, but we're asked to pay the same day which was a letdown. I would rate the staff service as much better than expected. Overall would recommend it for a short stay."
