"First room (apartment) was nice...but VERY, VERY NOISY...especially at night (right on main street). Switched to regular room on my return visit...much more quiet! Staff were great...breakfast was tasty...would stay again...just NOT in an apartment!!!"

"It’s an older facility but it feels really good. Feel like you’re in a remote location, which you are. Staff was kind, food was good, Tikal is so amazing. "

"The property is unbelievable! This is in an excellent location, very convenient for exploring Tikal. The lake side set up is beautiful with a dock and lounge area. They also provide boating transportation, kayaks, life jackets, basically anything you can need for the lake. There’s even a handicapped accessible elevator that can take you down to the lake if you have issues with steep steps. The pool side was awesome equipped with umbrellas and loungers. The restaurant served excellent food....

"A Cozy and Convenient Stay with Great Value!" I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax. The location is super convenient, with easy access to everything you need. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The overall vibe is friendly and welcoming. Best of all, it’s absolutely worth the money—you get great service, comfort, and a fantastic experience. I’d definitely stay here...

"I absolutely loved the location of the cabin. The view from the terrace was mesmerizing, a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The lake was just a few steps away from our rooms. The rooms were equipped with AC's but one of the ACs wasn’t working, the kitchen was fully equipped, two full bathrooms but no towels, no wifi, no warm water. Communication with host could've been better as he sent instructions on how to access the property until the "day of" as I was on the phone with customer service....

"The room is clean and comfortable. It has restaurants and grocery around the building. The host send me the passwords of the doors in the same day of my arrival. My only comment is they can add some label or sign on the door so that I can easily identify which door to open. They have 4 front doors on the street. 1 more item that I want to mention is that google map put the hotel's location across the street. "
