"Only one 110 volt outlet and does not work"

"My stay at Shanghai Wonderland was an amazing experience. The food tasted amazing, the property was extremely well managed and the nightly events were excellent. The part that I mostly enjoyed during my stay however was the amazing staff who were all extremely polite and friendly. Especially Betty Wang and Sandy Lin, who explained to me the various things I could do around the property and told me all about the delicious foods I could eat at the hotel. Also, I would like to mention how Betty showed me around the property, told me all about the foods and what they were if I didn't know and even taught me how to use chopsticks better!!! Betty truly helped me with everything I needed and was honestly my best friend at the hotel. Thank you for an amazing experience and an amazing stay!"

"Ok. So where do we begin. This is one of the nicest hotels anywhere (it does have a lot of awards) but then the A/C on the room does not work... After calling every four hours they send somebody who pretends to do something and you are back to begging for a colder weather so you don't have to sleep on whatever ambient temperature the city decides to throw at you. So my question is: Why invest in one of the best hotels in the world only to save some bucks on the A/C? Seriously?"

"A very nice hotel, newer with comfortable rooms. It has a nice pool that you do not need to pay extra for and the breakfast dining arra is very pleasant. There was a young man in the concierge who was very helpful. The locatuon is ok. It is quiet but there is nothing right outside. However, it is still convenient to get to place in the vicinity. "

"Very nice, modern hotel, set within the parklands of west Shanghai. Plenty of recreational activities and walking nearby, along with Happy Valley Shanghai theme park (which isn’t that happy!!). Overall a nice stay, although AC wasn’t activate due to the hotel not using the central chiller. Room was a rather unpleasant 25 degrees at night, even with balcony door open. The second night they gave us a fan…! "

"Really loved the luxury of the property, super nice. The breakfast was great as well. Staff was good, but needed to be more friendly to English speakers, if they can. Rooms were fantastic. Only thing I was frustrated about was that the front desk did not honor my Hilton honors rewards because I booked through a 3rd party site, which I have done numerous times before and gotten credit. Pretty silly policy that was not mitigated. "
