"Great modern hotel, clean and quiet. Breakfast is excellent. Subway is easily accessed from basement, and is 5 stops to the railway station. Hotel allows smoking - my room smelt of smoke and had an ashtray : they told me it was a non smoking room which is what I booked. They did move me on the second day of my stay, and the second room didn’t smell. "

"I stayed at a hotel on a cold day, and when I complained because the room was cold, they said the main heater was broken and they were fixing it and there was no heater. I had no choice but to endure it, but it was too cold... I checked that there was a room in another hotel right next door, and it was warm, so I paid more and tried to move, but the heater stopped working an hour after I checked in, and it was too cold and I said I would check out, and only then did they say the heater was working and send someone to turn it up! I wasn't the only one who heard it, and I clearly said that the main heater was broken and the entire room wasn't heated, but another employee said it was working and sent someone to turn it up? I saw another foreign woman complaining because she was cold and really angry!! It's a hotel that many foreigners visit, so you shouldn't lie and save on utility costs!! I don't want to go there again! There's a Chinese hotel in the next door, and I highly recommend it! When I asked if there was a warm room, they brought me warm tea and kindly showed me the room! "

"When i got to the border, the border control staff called the hotel to confirm I was staying there. They could not get through to the hotel at first. Once they did get through they told us the hotel was closed for refurbishment and that we had to book another hotel! Which we did via hotels.com. Now we are in a battle to get a refund as the hotel /and hotels.com are calling it a cancellation. 0/5 stars. "

"The hotel is very clean and the room are spacious. Breakfast was a plus. The Front Desk staff were amazing and very helpful. They went out of their way to help us with the Panda Base tickets. Even right up till check out. They arranged our airport transfer without a problem. I will definitly return here and will recommend it to my colleagues. Congratulations and well done. "I like the cleanliness of the hotel. A couple of staff do speak English. However other service staff like house keeping who brought a replacement TV remote, which did not work and the repair person came and supposely fixed it but it was still broken, could not use to change the tv channels and volume, etc. Food was not fresh and the hot food was mostly spicy for me as I cannot handle peppery spicy. I ate mostly fruits, long donut and drank soy milk. One morning I ate a rotten apple; it was rotten and moldy from inside out and I did not realized until I took a 3rd bite. The only reason I stayed here was to visit a nearby factory I am doing business with. Otherwise, I would not stay here again; nothing interesting for a tourist to visit on foot around this area. Unfortunately, I had to extend my stay for 3 more nights on this trip, for a total of 7 nights!"

"They had enough English to help me, they even arranged a cab for me when I needed to leave. Very clean and comfortable. It was worth it to me to go out of the way to get there (it is not close to major transit hubs)."
