Rooms are large with huge walk in showers. Beds are very comfortable. Courtyard is great for a morning coffee, evening drink or even a business meeting. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Highly recommend the Wayak. Best hotel we have ever stayed at in Nicaragua!!!"

"the good I like the area mostly safe well guarded and the bad they took the computer away to find locations and properties. There are very few physical maps to go by so it makes it very difficult."

"We enjoyed staying at this beautiful hotel in the heart of old Granada very much. The staff are skillful and attentive in all aspects. The breakfasts were lovely. The room and facilities were very generous. The swimming pool was beautifully managed and a great boon for guests. It is very conveniently located at the centre of the city. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the street. On the other side of the street is the Palace of Culture, a busy part of the civic life of Granada, noisy on occasion. It would not put us off coming back to Hotel Plaza Colon but if you are looking for complete peace and quiet at all times maybe you should be aware. That is not a criticism of this hotel because they are where they are in the very centre of town. "
