"The hotel staff were amazing. They went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. They even helped my fiancé plan his marriage proposal and provided a beautiful candlelight table display and flowers. It was so special. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious!! And evening dinners too. The pool is really clean and fresh. And I had a massage which was great. "The hotel is situated in a lovely location. The service was poor, staff seemed like they weren’t bothered. The food was extremely dry, over cooked and chewy. When complained did not bat an eyelid. We stayed for 4 nights, not once our room was cleaned. Overall wasn’t happy with the room either, sockets in the room didn’t work properly. The only thing I loved was that I could have my really hot showers. "
