"The hotel staff were amazing. They went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. They even helped my fiancé plan his marriage proposal and provided a beautiful candlelight table display and flowers. It was so special. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. "I didn’t check in because I was told I didn’t have booking. Yet I had confirmation from Expedia. I was told hotel was full. Good enough out of the hotel staff assistance I got another hotel where I could spend a night. It was bad to arrive at night and you are told you have no booking that should be done much earlier."
