A true 5 star experience! We loved this hotel and it exceeded all of our expectations. There was construction on the neighboring property so they offered us a room upgrade with a better view free of charge. The butlers we had were amazing, they even found us a floating swan for the pool! Everywhere you went they knew your name. At the end of our trip they left us thank you gifts. A truly unforgettable experience!!

Die Villa ist ein Traum. Gross, sauber und gepflegt. Die Anlage ist märchenhaft und das Essen einmalig. Unsere Butlerin hat uns alles ermöglicht war bemüht und freundlich, vielen Dank dafür. 最高のホテルでした。新しくあまり情報がなく心配でしたが、全てにおいて感動しました。特にスタッフの方がみんなすごく優しく、体調不良になった時には館内のスタッフがみんな心配をしてくれました。 またビラも素晴らしく、 景色がよく、静かな空間を存分に楽しみました。 食事もこだわりがあり 特に朝はオーダー制のバイキングで 味、量ともに大満足。 バトラーが24時間体制で常にサポートしてくださり、最高のきゅうかになりました。 また必ず行きたいと感じさせる施設、スタッフの方々でした。 ありがとうございました。
