A wonderful stay. So much to do and so little time. Loved how many pools and restaurant options there were. Loved the Christmas decorations and how beautiful the grounds and facilities were. If there were six stars to tick I’d give it that!
We had a pool access room and it was amazing! The staff at the whole resort are just the most friendly people who can’t do enough for you. All of the resort pools and restaurants are stunning - especially Ocean Pool and Sami Sami Restaurant. The resort app is so easy to use for restaurant bookings and tracking trams.

This is the worst room i have ever stayed in my life in this kind of hotel class category! We were accommodated at the Wana wing of Rimba. 1. Exhaust fan in the bathroom was not functioning but claiming they have the most quiet exhaust fan. 2. Dripping ceiling after trying to fix the exhaust fan issue. 3. Stains all over the wardrobe doors. This room badly needed to be refurbished and yet still offered to guests. Amazingly they didn’t even offer any room changed or alternative to my situation. A friend of mine who booked through another hotel reservation platform and paid cheaper, stayed there the week before, he was allotted at the West wing, Rimba claiming that the room was satisfactory. Please don’t tell me that Rimba is offering a less favorable terms to guests who booked through your platform! Very frustrating experience indeed!

최악. Worst ever.
Couldn't sleep because of the loud music from the bar. I talked to the reception, but they just said they would lower the music and nothing changed. I ordered one beer and one bottle of water at the famous Rock bar, I haven't received them for over 30 minutes, so I asked the waiter several times. When I checked for the third time, they said the order wasn't in and asked me to order again. You have to wait in line for a long time for breakfast. I'm spending my last day at Rimba, and I truly regret my choice several times while I was here. There are many better resorts at similar prices. Please, please don't go there for your sake. 새벽까지 바의 음악소리 때문에 시끄러워서 잠을 못잠. 리셉션에 이야기했지만 음악 줄여주겠다고 말만 하고 변하는 건 없음. 그 유명한 락 바는 물 한 병과 맥주 한 병을 30분 동안 안 가져다주길래 트리플 체크하니 그제서야 주문 안 들어갔다고 지금 다시 주문해달라함. 조식 먹을 때 사람 너무 많아서 줄 서야함. 지금 림바에서 마지막 날 보내고 있는 중인데 후회 여러번 함. 비슷한 가격에 더 좋은 리조트들 많습니다. 정말, 제발 가지 마세요.
