"The front desk staff was amazing with excellent services. The room was large and spacious and the public baths were very nice with a cold and hot pool. The hotspring here is not with sulfur and so it does not have the smell. Things in the minifridge were also free. Highly recommend"

"這已是二訪寒沐，第一次住行館，第二次住酒店。酒店房間真的很舒適，唯一缺點：因為必須早上6:30離開無法享用酒店早餐,酒店提供的外帶餐冷冰冰在天冷的清晨實在難食用。若能微波加熱真的就無可挑剃了"

"Room has a musky mouldy smell when we enter. Perhaps due to the moisture from hot spring bath that is attached to the room. Our beds were not made on the second day. Pillows not entirely enjoyable to use. Bed is good. Bkfast and supper spread is delightful. "

"Unique hotel with swimming lap-pool and large hot-tub/spa on the roof. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable. Hotel is near lots of restaurants and local stores. Underground parking was convenient and breakfast options were great…lots of East and West cuisine choices. Staff are super friendly and ready to help…especially Rose at the front desk. "

"Well situated hotel close to good restaurants and the best hot springs attractions. Breakfast is outstanding. Staff is very nice and helpful. Their English is very good. The hot spring facilities in the hotel are okay, but much better ones that were so close so we didn’t really use them. "

"Not great compared to the places in Beitou, but Jiaoxi has a lot less focus on the hot spring element. This hotel has a really nice size bath, but nothing particularly special about the facilities. The snacks and water availability are great. The breakfast is very good but standard. As long as you get a good price, I highly recommend this hotel."

There was even a 7Eleven inside the hotel, which was super convenient for grabbing snacks and water. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke fluent English, making check-in and any questions I had super easy to navigate. My room was spacious, featuring a comfortable king bed, and it was impeccably clean. I also loved the nice large shower and bathroom – everything felt modern and fresh. "Exceeded expectations. Loved the high vaulted ceilings. Absolutely no noise from the street. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was 5-star with an incredible shower. Short walk to the Raohe night market, which is easily one of my favorites. Also, my wife forgot some of her clothing in a drawer and they packed it in a cute little bag and put it aside for her. For the price, you really can't beat this place. Will be staying here again."
