"Resort only suitable for people who drive. No amenities close by. It was raining when we arrived and there was no sheltered area towards check in. Staff was unhelpful throughout check in and check out. Left my bag at check out and had driver turn back to retrieve it. Staff did not help out or eve gave any notice."

"We liked the private hot spring in the room but would feel more comfortable if there was a sign indicating that the pool was cleaned/sanitized after every guest stay. We also liked the convenience of the underground parking as well as the excellent breakfast. The International portion of the hotel is rather dated with an unpleasant smell at the elevator lobby, but not inside the room. Some of the floor tiles inside were cracked but the room we had was spacious, quiet and quite pleasant. Also...

"This hotel was nice once upon a time. But the facilities are rather old and disappointing, We chose not to use the 2 spa tubs on the ground floor. The room was very small. The staff were very helpful, and helped carried our luggage to our 3rd floor rooms (there are no lifts). Closest eateries are about 8-10 minute walk away. "
