"Overall we did enjoy the stay and was mostly perfect for us. There was some confusion with check in/out process and parking but they were responsive and easy to get ahold of. Our biggest issue is that the general description says 4 bedrooms, 4 queen+ beds. The description does clarify this a little but we ended up bringing and using a blow up mattress because we weren't sure. The 4th bedroom is actually off of the 3rd bedroom. And while the 4th bedroom has a queen bed, the 3rd bedroom does not...

"I booked this place to host my birthday. We had an amazing time. It may be scary to some but it is worth the money. It was equipped with everything we needed. The host, Mr. Loren, was extremely polite, responsive and proactive. The home has a theme that goes along with the castle, which is why I said it could be spooky/dated to some. Bring a humidifier if you are asthmatic. My birthday is around Halloween so it was PERFECT. We really enjoyed the game room. Game room could use more lighting but...

"The apartment was beautiful. The bedroom and bed were too small. And I think they need more ways to enter, the apartment I hot was far from the elevators. "

"This was about as basic as it gets. It was very clean and spacious. I could not get the tv to sync to any of my accounts so no live programming. It would not connect to or mirror my phone either. "
