"This amazing opulant hotel is steeped in history. Many world leaders & famous celebrities have stayed here over the years. The interior lounge and dinig areas are beautiful, the rooms luxurious, & the amenities are of a very high standard. Wonderful buffet breakfast, sumotuous, served by friendly professional staff. I would like to Helda & Nizar for their cheerful pleasant manner & helpful service. A wonderful experience. Within walking distance of the old city, the Mamilla Mall, and parks. "

"I was at City Center from Florida to stay in Jerusalem 7 days. It was awesome. The location is perfect. It is safe, clean. dining options transportation. Shopping. Culture. Front desk always nice and willing to help. Room had a feont window anda balcony."

"The hotel is central and well situated where Ben Yehuda meets Jaffa Street with excellent transport links. We found the staff to be very pleasant and very helpful (especially Tamir on reception) and check in/out was straightforward. Our bedroom was clean, good sized and well appointed. There is a warm, decent sized swimming pool in the basement and a small gym (though I must confess to being defeated by the multipurpose exercise machines!) There is a good sized lounge area on the entrance floor and an extensive breakfast available in the rooftop restaurant. There is a drinks bar in the lounge area but I would have preferred that snacks could be made available there also (I think they sometimes are). All in all, our stay here was a very pleasant experience"
