"This was our families 5th Holiday trip to Splash Harbor. When you have younger children, the "water park" is big enough for them to have fun and a little freedom, but still small enough that you can keep your eye on them at all times. Hotel itself is very clean. Staff has always been wonderful. Pool hours are great 8am-10pm accommodates 4pm check-in and 11pm check-out. We have requested the connecting rooms each stay and been fortunate enough to get them. For some reason a 12, 8, 6, 4 and 2 year old had just as much fun running through the doors. Will continue to be a yearly trip until it is outgrown. "

"This is officially our favorite local hotel. Of course our kids love the pool and hot tub but we loved the amazing service we were provided. The young lady that checked us in was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to connect and make us feel wanted as guests. The beds were nice and clean, as well as the bathroom. Thank you so much for another great stay! "

"I spent New Year's Eve at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Millersburg with my family, and we had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is perfect, allowing us to explore the charming area with ease. Millersburg is located close to many main attractions and shopping destinations including Berlin, Charm and Sugar Creek, all within a short driving distance and right in the neighborhood there are plenty of traditional options for restaurants and shopping conveniently. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay for all of us. One of the highlights of our stay was the indoor pool. It was well-maintained and provided hours of fun for the kids. The ample parking space was also a huge plus, making it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was enjoyable from start to finish. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, our stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Millersburg was memorable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in the area with family and looking for a convenient location.
